Detailed Design Guideline
Compile & Revise : April 2023 -> Present
I created a step-by-step design and drafting guideline using Notion to save time and reduce repetitive inquiries from coworkers. This searchable wiki helps both senior and junior team members find answers quickly, and includes a comment section for flagging mistakes or typos. By using Notion instead of a PDF, the guideline can be accessed online and updated in real time, ensuring the information stays current. It enhances efficiency and knowledge retention, serving as a reliable reference for tasks that are often forgotten when explained verbally. The guideline has been appreciated by design supervisors and is used to train junior hires across different design groups.

- Saving Everyone (and Myself) Time with Notion
I built a Notion mini-website to help my coworkers—mainly the junior ones—get started in their roles. Since our work depends a lot on company-specific processes and software, the page acts as a go-to guide for everything they need to know to get rolling. It’s saved everyone time (including me) since about half their questions are already answered there. Lately, even people from other teams have been asking for access—so I’m honestly considering putting it behind a monthly subscription paywall.
