The 2.9 km Eagle Road Contract covers 10 sections, mostly ditch roads, and is larger in scope than the 2025 Grenview Boulevard project. The road projects consists of road resurfacing, addressing aging pavement and improving overall road conditions. A key focus is the regrading of buried ditches and replacement of all ditch catch basins with birdcage grate types to improve drainage and enhance safety for pedestrians and cyclists. Managed in-house due to construction complexity, the project ensures timely delivery while renewing infrastructure and addressing resident concerns.
