justenlau.com (the “Website”) is my personal site. Please read this before relying on anything you find on it.
1. My views are my own
I work at the City of Toronto. Everything on the Website is written by me in a personal capacity. It does not represent the views, policies or decisions of the City of Toronto or of any other employer or organization I am connected with.
2. Not professional advice
The Website is for general information and personal storytelling only. Nothing on it is professional advice of any kind.
Engineering. The road projects shown are a record of work I contributed to as part of a larger team. They are not engineering advice, are not stamped or certified designs, and should not be used to design or build anything.
Running and health. My race notes, training and physiology describe what I did and what worked for me. They are not medical, nutrition or coaching advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing how you train or eat.
Business and marketing. Numbers and results from my ventures describe specific situations and are not a promise of what you will get. They are not financial, legal or investment advice.
3. Accuracy
I try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but I make no promise that it is complete, correct or current. Dates, plans and ventures change. Anything you do based on the Website is at your own risk, and to the extent permitted by law I am not liable for any loss that results.
4. Third-party material
Some pages show other people’s names, logos, screenshots or work, for example client logos in Mella Paint material or software interfaces in engineering projects. They belong to their owners and are shown to document my work, not to suggest that those owners endorse me or the Website. If you own something shown here and want it removed, email me and I will take it down.
5. External links
The Website links to other websites. I do not control them and am not responsible for what they contain.
